MINDFUL EATING AND WEIGHT LOSS

Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) (Kristeller, 1999; Kristeller, 2006) has been investigated in several NIH-funded clinical trials (Kristeller, 2011; Daubenmier, 2011) and shown to help individuals with both Binge Eating Disorder and with less extreme issues with food and eating to reach a better balance and begin to reverse weight gain.
